A techniques based technique to style and design and fabrication of purposeful experimental art devices. Brings together ideas of mechanical, electronic, electrical, software package engineering, robotics, movement regulate, sensors, actuators, and other control devices, with built-in critique of sophisticated hardware and software elements. We will use fabrication procedures in woodwork & metalwork to create advanced experimental artwork techniques. Concentration will be on creating a crucial vocabulary for highly interdisciplinary mechatronic artwork practice.
