My daughter preferred to be a pirate for Halloween, and I thought it would be exciting to make a sword for her costume. I was impressed by Paul Jenkins wooden Orcrist undertaking, and given that the sword’s design and style is related to a cutlass, it built a terrific pirate sword.

The sword is produced from purple oak (blade) and mahogany (tackle guard).
