Foundation stone 11 Dec 1895 by A McDonald, opened Good Friday 1896 on previous internet site, designed working with resources from 2nd church, programs by Mr Dancker. Later on Methodist then Uniting. Bell from earlier church was hung in gum tree throughout road 1895.
Very first church built 1844 (date stone now on hall), enlarged 1848, demolished 1906 when corridor designed, seats taken to Delabole Wesleyan, returned to Willunga when Delabole closed.
Next church opened 1857, partitions had been weakened in the course of developing when storm blew off roof woodwork, afterwards declared unsafe with walls 22 ins out of plumb, demolished 1895.
