American inventors and makers overtook Europe as the planet leaders in innovation and top quality. Most inhabitants facilities of 2000 inhabitants supported selfcontained woodworking “mills” that provided the nearby industry with advanced wooden solutions these types of as shutters, window sash, ornamental mouldings, paneled doorways,and “baseball bats”! Biographies:
Robert W. Ogle is an Associate Professor and the Director of the Historic Preservation Packages at Colorado Mountain School. He is an advocate for improved preservation setting up arts curriculum improvement all over the world. He acquired a B.S degree in Finance and Economics from Philadelphia University, a Certification in Historic Preservation from Bucks County Local community College or university, and a Master of Historic Preservation diploma from the College of Kentucky.
Patrick Haire is a Venture Manager and school member in Colorado Mountain College’s Historic Preservation Plans. He is a master woodworker who specializes in the analysis, restoration, and continued use of classic woodworking machines. Prior to joining Colorado Mountain Faculty, he restored (2) historic woodworking mills and operated his have woodworking studio/store in Humboldt, KS.
