Tam Makers is an organization that offers a makerspace where people can create their own art, tech or woodworking projects. The organization hosts a Maker Club, an open workshop for adults and teens. Members are encouraged to share their latest projects and bring their materials to build new projects with guidance from Tam Maker’s staff and other community members.
Tam Makers sees a lot of experienced makers, who share their knowledge of how to build complex and advanced projects such as graceful robot spiders, an eagle god sculpture with creepy eyes, an Arduino-powered garage opener, a Wifi server on a chip, and more. The Maker Club offers a great opportunity for aspiring makers to learn from these experienced ones while building their own maker projects.
Tam Makers has a Flickr account where they post pictures of the projects made in their makerspace to provide an insight on the kind of things their members create. They also have a website where users can learn more about the organization and all they have to offer.
