Mr. Lewis Waller
William Waller Lewis (3rd. November 1860 – 1st. November 1915), recognised on phase as Lewis Waller, was an English actor and theatre supervisor, effectively known on the London phase and in the English provinces.

Lewis Waller – The Early Years
