Ian is on the road again, heading to the north west for an audit at head office in Warrington. He is not keen on being audited instead of being the auditor but trudges on. After being dropped off by Jools at the prom, Ian takes a walk only to be met by the freezing temperatures of -3. He heads off to the car hire place and is slightly relieved when it finally opens.
