Shrimper 19 standard sail away specification
Hull Development: Hand laid sound GRP hull with no foam main. Integral centerplate scenario laminated as element of the finish hull structure. Inner bunk and
forepeak moulding bonded into hull with inside structural bulkheads bonded to equally hull and deck mouldings. Regular colors are off white, darkish blue
or dim environmentally friendly. The hull and deck joint is by way of an overlap or ‘Biscuit Tin Lid’ with GRP bonding.
Rudder: The rudder is transom hung on two stainless steel hangings bolted via the transom with Hardwood backing pads. The rudder is manufactured
from laminated plywood with a stainless steel lifting drop plate.
Motor Beds: Motor beds are included in the GRP bunk moulding with gentle metal mounts bonded into the mattress layout which incorporates an oil drip
tray.
Ballast: Ballast is by way of iron punchings encapsulated in resin inside of the hull keel moulding. A galvanised steel centerplate sorts section of the ballast
with a stainless steel lifting wire foremost to a winch lifting system operated from the cockpit.
Boot Top: A single boot top rated moulded in gel coat located earlier mentioned antifouling level. Color in contrast to major hull and ordinarily matching the deck.

Ports: 2 aluminium preset ports are equipped 1 each individual in the hull topsides.
Chain plates: Chain plates are in stainless metal and by way of bolted on the hull sides.
Vents: Air flow is via a washboard vent and opening forward hatch.

Cockpit Lockers: Two most important watertight lockers with latches and padlocks are furnished. A padlock is also offered for the companionway hatch.
Mainmast: Laminated in Sitka Spruce and taken care of with Sikkens Cetol which include a stainless metal mast band to choose Cap shrouds, jib and mainsail halyards.
All deck mounted on a sizeable stainless steel tabernacle.
Main Increase: Laminated in Sitka Spruce and addressed with Sikkens Cetol which include a Stainless steel gooseneck fitting, kicker and mainsheet bands and all
associated reefing line sales opportunities / terminals.
Bowsprit: Laminated in Sitka Spruce and treated with Sikkens Cetol such as a Stainless steel pivot fitting, conclude plate and bobstay just take off details.

Engineering
Outboard Model
Outboard properly: A teak engine mounting with stainless brackets. Engine very well hull blank. GRP moulded gasoline tank stowage and gas direct splitter via aft
locker compartment. (gasoline guide not equipped as common)
Inboard Version
Stern Equipment: A 1” stainless steel shaft is fitted, linked to the motor by way of a coupling and fitted with a Tides Marine ‘lip seal’ gland. The shaft drives a fastened
2-bladed propeller.
Motor: Yanmar 1GM10 9hp maritime diesel engine. A 55 amp (12V) alternator is fitted to the engine.
Engine Instruments and Controls: The engine devices are situated at the rear of the cockpit coaming and are recessed with a crystal clear go over. Instruments
contain audible alarm, alternator warning gentle, begin swap and cease manage. A single lever motor handle is provided and fitted in the cockpit well.
Motor Cooling: The motor is instantly salt water cooled. A 1/2″ diameter pipe leads from the major seawater inlet by a strainer to the engine and
discharges overboard by way of the exhaust.
