so took a photo. The drawer fronts and flap are being designed from recycled 225×32 mm mahogany boards. The drawer fronts have been rebatted to give an 18-mm edge, so the flap wants to be 18 mm thick. Not quick, as the desk saw only cuts to 65 mm and the thicknesser can only make .3-mm cuts in hardwood inventory this large.
