    Shrimper 19 standard sail away specification

    Hull Development: Hand laid reliable GRP hull with no foam core. Integral centerplate case laminated as part of the total hull construction. Inner bunk and
    forepeak moulding bonded into hull with internal structural bulkheads bonded to the two hull and deck mouldings. Normal colors are off white, dark blue
    or dark eco-friendly. The hull and deck joint is by way of an overlap or ‘Biscuit Tin Lid’ with GRP bonding.
    Rudder: The rudder is transom hung on two stainless steel hangings bolted through the transom with Hardwood backing pads. The rudder is created
    from laminated plywood with a stainless metal lifting drop plate.
    Engine Beds: Engine beds are incorporated in the GRP bunk moulding with delicate metal mounts bonded into the mattress design and style which incorporates an oil drip
    tray.

    Ballast: Ballast is by way of iron punchings encapsulated in resin inside the hull keel moulding. A galvanised steel centerplate varieties aspect of the ballast
    with a stainless steel lifting wire leading to a winch lifting process operated from the cockpit.

    Engineering

    Outboard Edition
    Outboard well: A teak motor mounting with stainless brackets. Engine effectively hull blank. GRP moulded fuel tank stowage and fuel guide splitter by means of aft
    locker compartment. (fuel guide not provided as typical)
    Inboard Model
    Stern Equipment: A 1” stainless metal shaft is fitted, related to the motor via a coupling and fitted with a Tides Marine ‘lip seal’ gland. The shaft drives a set
    2-bladed propeller.
    Motor: Yanmar 1GM10 9hp maritime diesel engine. A 55 amp (12V) alternator is fitted to the motor.
    Motor Devices and Controls: The engine devices are located at the rear of the cockpit coaming and are recessed with a clear cover. Instruments
    involve audible alarm, alternator warning light-weight, commence swap and quit management. A solitary lever engine management is supplied and fitted in the cockpit well.
