Created in 1896, the two-tale brick residence was made by Frank Guerrieri, a member of Denver’s convert-of-the-century Italian immigrant neighborhood. In 1902, the home was apparently procured by users of the De Cunto relatives. The Italianate design and style dwelling has a hipped roof and a stone basis. Other secondary features replicate the late nineteenth century origins of the house.
