Steve joined the Hermiston Rotary Club in 1999, prior to moving to Baker City in 2001. He returned to Hermiston in 2006 shortly following completing his yr as club President 2005-06. “I have usually been intrigued in local community services, and joined Rotary simply because of the youth exchange and other youth oriented functions”, he says. “Hermiston is a enjoyment group to be with. Steve was born and raised in Joseph, Oregon and has lived in Corvallis, Myrtle Creek, Baker Metropolis (2 times), and Hermiston (2 times). He graduated from Oregon Point out University in 1981, obtaining a BS diploma in Organization Administration with a focus in Finance and small in Ag Economics. Steve and Janet have two sons, Sean – 30 and Jason – 28. Jason and his wife, Michelle, have a son, Cooper – 3, and a 2nd child due in April.
Steve is the Vice President for industrial financial loans at Hermiston’s U.S. Lender. He has been included in the monetary expert services field for 28 several years, all but two a long time in banking.
