Inside of the church is roomy, and once again the sizing of the tower is dominant. The C15 chancel screen has lately been eradicated to the initial bay of the north aisle, and the benches taken out from listed here to create a house for other use. The matching north aisle monitor continues to be in situ but both of those to mee seemed to be a lot more restoration than primary woodwork, Odd fancy area of interest in this aisle with a stylised angel bracket earlier mentioned. The big 4 mild east window of this aisle is filled with C15 stained glass, albeit restored. Also in the aisle the greatest memorial, d1765, a handsome composition with (leading to bottom) hand greedy gauntlet, crest, little black draped urn, two cherub heads, inscription and garland. An additional a lot less prosperous monument is hidden absent driving the organ, d1675, with stepped shafts prime by stone balls
