St. George’s Anglican Church, a picket church manufactured in the Gothic Revival type in 1876 less than the supervision of George C. Jerrett. It was presumably created by gentlemen of the congregation and other adult men of the town. Sizeable inside features consist of the open up gable beam and timber ceilings, plastered walls and the simple fact that it is in nearly initial ailment with only a few additions. All of the first woodwork has been retained. It is a landmark in Brigus, both of those from the land and sea. It served the Anglican Congregation of Brigus and some surrounding locations as a church, right until it was offered (to the St. George’s Heritage Committee Inc.) in 2004.The unique bell tower, which was ruined in the course of a storm all over 1940, is planned on remaining reconstructed. It obtained recognition of its significant historical price when it became a registered heritage construction in 2004. Today the setting up isused for live shows, plays, marriages etcetera ., and is open up and preserved as an historic making.
