Southbank London’s Vintage Festival

Vintage Festival @ Southbank London

During the Summer of 2011, I had the opportunity to work on a unique project – pre-fabricating and construction managing a row of bespoke shops at the Vintage Festival on London’s Southbank. The project was a joint effort between Secret Productions, Papa Projects, and the festival organizers. As we worked closely with all the brands involved, it was a true collaboration from start to finish. Our team of builders, designers, and painters worked diligently to bring Nick Bartlett’s vision for the street design and layout to life.

One of the most exciting aspects of the project was the bespoke artwork supplied by the brands, which was then hand-painted by the skilled team at De5ign4. The result was a visually stunning row of shops that stood out from the rest of the festival.

The final product was a row of shops that were occupied by designer brands including Cath Kidston, New Era, and Benefit. Each brand was able to showcase their products in a unique and personalized setting.

It was truly a pleasure to be involved in such a creative and collaborative project. It was a fantastic experience to work alongside such talented individuals and see the final product come to life.
