Each individual year, 1,500 children take part in our Alternate Routes program—a mobile art studio aboard renovated transit buses where little ones understand about art, design and style, and fabrication working with only hand equipment, raw components, and their creativeness. More than 10,000 little ones age 5-11 have been on the bus considering that 1997, 50 percent of which are at-chance youth who participated at no price tag many thanks to grants and private donations.
