Every 12 months, 1,500 kids participate in our Alternate Routes program—a mobile art studio aboard renovated transit buses exactly where young children understand about art, style and design, and fabrication making use of only hand equipment, uncooked components, and their creativity. Around 10,000 little ones age 5-11 have been on the bus since 1997, 50 percent of which are at-risk youth who participated at no price tag many thanks to grants and private donations.
