So, one of the extra handy applications to slice all this foam is a miter saw. Of
class 1 of the pleasurable elements of building a boat (or any make task for
that subject) is shopping for new applications. And I am privileged to have a spouse that
agrees. She was the just one who handed me new articles on “miter observed
comparisons” from recent woodworking magazines that she will get in the mail.
Following hunting all around we made a decision we did NOT need a 12 inch saw (far too large). We
preferred a sliding miter noticed, but, few of the 8 inch saws ended up sliding. So we
settled for the 10 inch dimensions. Immediately after looking through a lot of opinions, it turns out
that the key models are all pretty excellent saws and around the exact same value.
The big difference will come down to attributes.
We picked the Bosch 10 inch sliding miter saw that has
– Rotating grip deal with
– Arbor mounted laser sight
And it is blue, my beloved coloration. Likely the most critical aspect -).
