CBMM’s Increasing Tide boatshop application is a pilot initiative in collaboration with the YMCA of the Chesapeake. In November, 2015, the method commenced with 1 of two, 6-week soon after-university boatbuilding sessions provided to Talbot County 6th grade college students.
The pilot sessions have restricted participation, with the YMCA of the Chesapeake arranging registration and transportation from its Easton place.
Funded by philanthropic assist, the system is created to train pupils essential boatbuilding techniques in a welcoming, peaceful ecosystem.
