The Traditional Tiny Craft course of 2013 operating under the course of Senior Instructor Jeff Hammond created this GRandy Skiff. It is 11 ft 7 inches prolonged and 4 toes 3 inches in beam. It weighs about 175 lbs.
The lapstrake boat is created on a sapele backbone. It is western crimson cedar planking is clench nailed to steam-bent white oak frames with copper nails.
The Grandy Boat Organization was formerly situated on Lake Union in Seattle, and designed several hundreds of boats both equally huge and modest during a long tenure there from the early 1920’s to 1967.
