Sliver is a 62-foot sloop designed as a minimalist day sailor. It was designed by the renowned designer Robert Perry for a shopper right here in the Pacific Northwest. www.perryboat.com/

It is a strip-planked wood hulled composite day sailor being built by Up to date course pupils at the Northwest College of Wooden Boatbuilding in Port Hadlock WA. Design started in April, 2011. This is the hull, strip-planked of western red cedar, remaining coated with 24-ounce fiberglass. www.perryboat.com/page/bio
