This is my very first carved chest it can be about 30″ very long ,16″ large and 12″ deep . I genuinely favored the interlocking ring style on the lid . It was a little bit of a agony to carve though . It really is hand carved with regular wood carving applications . Heck , the upper body was built with common wooden performing tools . It has hand built dovetails and even the beading on the molding was finished with a molding hand aircraft . I do use a desk noticed to minimize the boards to duration for some assignments although .
