These jobs were being created to give our backyard a refreshing seem. Becoming a novice woodworker, each tasks (planters and picnic table) took me about two weeks to entire like staining. I lined the inside of of the planters with plastic to preserve dampness to a minimum amount. The problem in the development of the picnic desk were being the legs. I wanted it to be collapsible but made the decision to safe the cross bracing making use of pocket hole screws to retain it stable. The best was set together using only pocket hole joinery. It just sits on top of the legs and can be stowed away when the moist year will come. Except for the planter bottoms which are 3/4 inch plywood, all wooden resources are repurposed pallets.
