[c.1930] The accompanying limited description reads “Plate 21 shows a person of the fantastic operates of shop home windows installed by Pollards in the new making of Messrs. Owen Owen Ltd., Liverpool, S. McLauchlan, F.R.I.B.A. currently being the architect. The front was built of teak and bronze metallic”. The corset exhibition does not seem to be drawing in the crowds.
