As we go to press the closing arrangements are getting done for a most pleasing example of present day condominium property, the Chancellor, which has the benefit of being positioned on one particular of the greatest downtown corners in Seattle for the goal, the southeast corner of Boren avenue and College street.

Earl W. Morrison is the architect and the Sovereign Investment Co., which has lately erected other good apartments, is the operator.
