-Chris and I, in our 12′ cruising dinghy “LUNA,” a John Welsford-made SCAMP (Tiny Craft Advisor Journal Undertaking), attended the Red Lantern Rally in Mystery Bay, sailed above to Port Townsend for the Pocket Yacht Palooza, and then trailored down to the South Seem (Puget Seem) for the Palooza Crooza. Five nights aboard a really modest boat, in the firm of a lot of other little-boat cruisers.
