-Chris and I, in our 12′ cruising dinghy “LUNA,” a John Welsford-designed SCAMP (Smaller Craft Advisor Journal Venture), attended the Crimson Lantern Rally in Mystery Bay, sailed over to Port Townsend for the Pocket Yacht Palooza, and then trailored down to the South Seem (Puget Sound) for the Palooza Crooza. Five nights aboard a really tiny boat, in the business of lots of other little-boat cruisers.
