-Chris and I, in our 12′ cruising dinghy “LUNA,” a John Welsford-made SCAMP (Tiny Craft Advisor Magazine Task), attended the Red Lantern Rally in Secret Bay, sailed above to Port Townsend for the Pocket Yacht Palooza, and then trailored down to the South Seem (Puget Sound) for the Palooza Crooza. 5 nights aboard a quite compact boat, in the corporation of many other compact-boat cruisers.
