One of our two residences in the Canaries. Designed in 1800, we have been renovating it in the course of the past 3 yrs. Located on the cobble-stoned Calle Pedro Diaz in the Vegueta historic district of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (popl 370,000), in Spain’s Canary Islands, the mansion has two floors, eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two kitchens, a roof terrace, and an elevator. It is 6 blocks from the city’s cathedral, seven from Christopher Columbus’s home, and 8 from the Atlantic Ocean. Emma and I experienced planned to retire here, but not too long ago made a decision that the mansion is also significant just for the two of us for this reason we greater its amount of bedrooms and baths, and goal to sell it to an specific or company who could want to operate it as a bed & breakfast or boutique hotel. Refinishing the roof terrace woodwork is the only work we have nevertheless to full.
