Restoration of two Hull & Barnsley Railway teak-bodied coaches is getting carried out in conjunction with Hull School at quite a few web sites across the City. Coach No. 58 was designed by Birmingham Railway Carriage & Wagon Co Ltd (BRCW) and is a 56ft bogie auto for specific site visitors even though Coach No.1 of 1868 is a 4-wheel brake third and the earliest H&BR coach to survive. It was offered to the Taff Vale railway, absorbed by the GWR and shaped aspect of a house in Wales right until rescued in the 1990s.
