I am by now getting truly odd results. Aniline dye is intended to be quite effortless to use, as it really is not based on coats, as with stain, but instead on the dilution ratio of your mixture. A second coat shouldn’t darken factors, but I discovered it pretty significantly did, and with the denatured liquor drying up so rapid, it was really hard to explain to in which I’d effectively coated. Swaths of every single test portion would dry out, seeking much lighter, so I might paint in excess of them once again, and I ended up chasing the dry spots around and close to in this way, under no circumstances having the final results I needed.
