The Scamp Red Lantern Rally was held at Thriller Bay Condition Park on Marrowstone Island WA, a 50 percent mile from the tiny waterside town of Nordland. Eleven Scamps participated in this initial rally, the biggest gathering to day.

SCAMP is an incredibly well known compact boat!
It is a sailing pram 11 toes 11 inches extended, 5 toes 4 inches wide, with a sail of 100 square ft. It is ballasted by 174 pounds of drinking water.
