From photos and options I’ve seen, correct nut and saddle have been carved. I chose grain that matches the fingerboard. The
Tail piece is mild and hardly figured. I am pondering staining and sealing it to match the pegs and chinrest. Yet another possibility is to darken it to match
to match the fingerboard.
