The Local community Boat Job college students, led by Captains Wayne Chimenti and MB Armstrong and veteran teacher Marci Van Cleve, introduced the fourth boat created in the plan, the 32-foot sailing vessel EPIC.
The Group Boat Challenge is a special partnership among the Northwest University of Picket Boatbuilding (the direct corporation), Port Townsend College District (#50), Chimacum College District (#49), 4-H/Washington Condition College (WSU), and the Puget Seem Voyaging Society.
