The Grahams developed this pretty Georgian-design property on the financial institutions of the Allegheny as their key residence. It was designed in 1902. The architect was Henry Hornbostel, who was known for building many structures in New York City and Pittsburgh, which includes several of the properties of the Carnegie-Mellon College campus.
