University district staff, officers and design representatives led Training Minister Mike Bernier on a tour of the $20 million Delta Secondary university seismic update job. The $19.8 million project is funded as a result of BC’s award winning Seismic Mitigation Method. It features seismically upgrading 11 of the 13 blocks at Delta Secondary, including the library, automotive and woodwork outlets, mastering centre and cafeteria. The project also contains relocating the artwork and graphics area block and employing the area to broaden the courtyard and incorporate more organic gentle to the corridor.
