The Limited Knot Alder Wood Cupboards ended up created by Jeremy Hansen, operator of HANSEN’S Personalized MILLWORK, La Grande, OR. Jeremy specializes in personalized cabinetry and household furniture. The Countertop is WILSON Artwork laminate with Gem-Loc Premiere Edge made of Corian by Loti Corporation, an alternate to the conventional laminate edging with square or beveled edges.
The Alder portable Island was built by Jason Hansen, operator of Rouge High-quality Woodworking. Jason specilizes in “artistic” cabinets, household furniture wood turning. Ginger got the idea from an old backyard garden potting desk that was pictured in a Log House journal. Dark strips on the maple top rated are walnut.
Tight Knot Alder was also used for door and window trim, base boards, & stair railing. All wooden was stained with Benjamin Moore exterior semi-transpartent siding and deck stain. Howard’s Feed-N-Wax was then hand rubbed on all the wooden surfaces. The very same wax will be utilized for dusting.
The kitchen sink is a Kohler ‘smart sink’ for the reason that the divider in the center is reduced that standard (about 3-4 inches higher) which will make it less difficult to wash large pans with extended handles and very long cookie sheets, and so forth.
