Our middle-college students at Tam Substantial are building a Metropolis of the Potential collectively, employing arts and electronics to make a design of what our earth may perhaps be like in 100 many years.
In our fourth course, college students embellished their characters and wonderboxes, including a lot more color, light-weight and motion to their properties of the future. We fashioned four teams to build these general public spaces for their metropolis: underwater mines, segregated neighborhoods, floor rubbles and tall skyscrapers. College students begun creating these spaces together, preparing components for next week’s development. We also talked about names for their city of the upcoming, with these finalists: A15, Moscow and Springfield (we will vote subsequent week).
In their write-up-apocalyptic metropolis of the long run, the prosperous are divided from the bad, who mine the sea ground and are oppressed by a federal government run by devices. We are inviting them to invent alternatives to that city’s complications — and to aspiration up a improved planet.
