Tam Superior student Sammy Whitely shows off ‘Maker Field’, the animatronic city he aided design and style and make with his course. This large faculty study course is taught by builder Geo Monley, who is also coaching me on my woodworking initiatives. All this will take position in his condition-of-the-artwork woodshop at Tam Substantial University in Mill Valley.
Jointly, we are establishing a new application termed Tam Makers, to provide a community makerspace and maker programs — and grow a group of makers, learners and academics in South Marin.
