Desk is a designed from a slab of joined hemlock planks recovered from a demolished barn in Western NY. The slab was planed and sanded and finished.
The forged-iron base is an previous sink base, modified and refinished by me. Our crew recovered it from a making that was the former property for unwed mothers and kids (1920s) in Buffalo. The constructing is becoming rehabbed and through gutting we recovered these bases.
