Brisbane’s Mayne Housing Commission Dwelling: Interior Kitchen Decor

Kitchen decor, interior of Housing Commission dwelling, Mayne - Brisbane

The American kitchen used to be a space that was designed to look like a clinic, with everything in a streamlined and glistening white décor. However, the trend has shifted, and now manufacturers are making kitchen appliances, fixtures, and cabinets in all colors of the rainbow to add warmth and personality to this family room. The new American kitchen may have blue walls, a red ceiling, and may even be made of knotty pine woodwork, which is in direct contrast with the formerly all-white kitchen. The all-white kitchen is now considered out of fashion, and manufacturers are going all-out to add color to the room.
