Finished 1925, by W Alexander Harvey. Brick with least stone dressings Roman
tile roof with Lombardic eaves cornice. In a round-arched style. Basilican in
approach with apses east and west, slender lean-to aisles and north and south porches.
Granite arcade coluans whose capitals are alternately carved and unoarved. 6 bays,
the aisle window and couplet to just about every bay. Exceptional woodwork in the stalls. South
chapel of 1966. The church types a team with the Parish Corridor to which it is
bodily connected on the remaining.
