This is the Joel White-created Bangor Packet, a sliding seat rowing wherry, underneath development in Teacher Bruce Blatchley’s Modern (wooden composite) class.
We created the boat of three layers of thin veneers in excess of a basket mould. The boat, with its sliding seat, weighs about 100 lbs.
