Shrimper 19 common sail away specification
Hull Construction: Hand laid good GRP hull with no foam main. Integral centerplate situation laminated as aspect of the complete hull composition. Internal bunk and
forepeak moulding bonded into hull with inside structural bulkheads bonded to equally hull and deck mouldings. Regular colours are off white, dark blue
or darkish environmentally friendly. The hull and deck joint is by way of an overlap or ‘Biscuit Tin Lid’ with GRP bonding.
Rudder: The rudder is transom hung on two stainless steel hangings bolted through the transom with Hardwood backing pads. The rudder is built
from laminated plywood with a stainless steel lifting fall plate.
Engine Beds: Engine beds are included in the GRP bunk moulding with mild steel mounts bonded into the bed style and design which incorporates an oil drip
tray.
Ballast: Ballast is by way of iron punchings encapsulated in resin inside the hull keel moulding. A galvanised metal centerplate types section of the ballast
with a stainless metal lifting wire main to a winch lifting system operated from the cockpit.
Boot Prime: A single boot major moulded in gel coat positioned earlier mentioned antifouling level. Color in distinction to main hull and commonly matching the deck.
Deck Building: Hand laid GRP with Balsa main in way of horizontal load parts. Challenging wooden pads under deck fittings and anxiety points.

Deck Fittings: Bespoke deck fittings including bowsprit, tabernacle and chain plates are manufactured from stainless metal. 4 aluminium deck cleats are positioned
aft & amidships with two fairleads feeding a teak Sampson post forward. All sail controls are led aft to rope clutches / jammers with a single halyard
winch to starboard. Adjustable jib & mainsheet automobiles. Entry underneath is by using a teak lined sliding companionway hatch and split plywood / Perspex washboards.
Additional air flow furnished by an aluminium ahead hatch.
Ports: 2 aluminium set ports are equipped a person each individual in the hull topsides.
Chain plates: Chain plates are in stainless steel and as a result of bolted on the hull sides.

Mainsail: Dacron in tan or product. 2 reef points with tie in lacing. Luff and gaff lacing as demanded.
Jib: Dacron in tan or cream with wire luff and notify tails.
Growth Include: In maroon, or cream acrylic. Fixings to enable for topping carry and mainsheet consider off. All sails equipped with, sail quantities, emblem and ties.
Engineering
Outboard Variation
Outboard effectively: A teak motor mounting with stainless brackets. Engine nicely hull blank. GRP moulded gas tank stowage and fuel direct splitter via aft

Inboard Model

2-bladed propeller.
Motor: Yanmar 1GM10 9hp marine diesel engine. A 55 amp (12V) alternator is fitted to the motor.
Engine Devices and Controls: The motor devices are positioned at the rear of the cockpit coaming and are recessed with a crystal clear go over. Instruments
consist of audible alarm, alternator warning light-weight, get started swap and end management. A one lever motor manage is equipped and equipped in the cockpit perfectly.
