Making Club at Tam Makers

Tam Makers is a makerspace located at Tam High School in California, which holds weekly Maker Club workshops for adults and teens to come and work on their own art, tech, or woodworking projects. The club provides a space for people to share and learn from each other, building new projects and supporting each other in their creativity. The makerspace is equipped with a range of tools, materials, and guidance from the staff and experienced community members.

Tam Makers has seen a range of projects from its members, including a robot spider, eagle god with creepy eyes, an Arduino-powered garage opener, and a Wifi server on a chip. The members are experienced makers and are excited to share what they know while helping others.

Maker Club is an open workshop for anyone interested in making their own projects, regardless of their skill level. The members of the club are encouraged to bring their own materials and take advantage of the makerspace’s resources. Tam Makers is a community-driven space, and anyone is welcome to join.

The makerspace has a Flickr album full of photos from the Maker Club workshops and the projects that people have built. The photos depict a diverse range of projects, from a stuffed rabbit toy to a laser-cut lamp. The flickr also has an album showcasing the makerspace and its members.
