-Chris and I, in our 12′ cruising dinghy “LUNA,” a John Welsford-designed SCAMP (Compact Craft Advisor Journal Project), attended the Pink Lantern Rally in Mystery Bay, sailed above to Port Townsend for the Pocket Yacht Palooza, and then trailored down to the South Sound (Puget Audio) for the Palooza Crooza. Five evenings aboard a very tiny boat, in the firm of lots of other modest-boat cruisers.
