-Chris and I, in our 12′ cruising dinghy “LUNA,” a John Welsford-designed SCAMP (Small Craft Advisor Journal Task), attended the Purple Lantern Rally in Mystery Bay, sailed about to Port Townsend for the Pocket Yacht Palooza, and then trailored down to the South Audio (Puget Sound) for the Palooza Crooza. Five evenings aboard a very tiny boat, in the company of a lot of other compact-boat cruisers.
