nrhp # 81000058- The 6,000 sq. ft. making was designed by Louis Claude of the Madison agency, Claude and Stark. Louis put in his youth at his parents’ property at Devil’s Lake, giving exclusive that means to his variety as the architect. A $15,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie produced the construction doable. Karl Isenberg, a community contractor, was the builder. Architecturally, the setting up is of the neo-classical model with an exterior of brick and limestone. The roof is of clay tile.
