College district workers, officials and development representatives led Education and learning Minister Mike Bernier on a tour of the $20 million Delta Secondary faculty seismic upgrade job. The $19.8 million undertaking is funded by way of BC’s award successful Seismic Mitigation Plan. It consists of seismically upgrading 11 of the 13 blocks at Delta Secondary, including the library, automotive and woodwork shops, discovering centre and cafeteria.
