kitchen Island/desk. Crafted primarily with aged progress hemlock barn siding and beams from western NY. The undercarriage was also crafted with Douglas Fir bleacher boards from LeMoyne College’s gymnasium and yellow pine door casings salvaged ffrom a Buffalo place house. Even the determine 8s holding the major down are salvaged from an previous table. The prime is held together like a barn doorway with fasteners only…. the screws and leveler toes (and a tad little bit of glue for the corners) and varnish are the only new products. mild sandings and varnish with tiresome consideration to detail, as barn wooden is snaggy, and it is a usable and washable but rustic piece.
